The hosts Denise and Dave are a lovely couple who do all that they can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our accommodation, the garden view annex was small but well planned for two guests. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully fitted out and decorated. They minor issues we had with the heating not being on when we arrived and the TV remote were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The property has a delightful garden with seating and bar b q facilities. Alas it was too cold in January to benefit from these facilities. Dave gave us excellentrecommendations for restaurants in March and the incredible and unique Angel Roof church on the outskirts of town. Well worth a visit. Note fee parking in the long stay car park off the main road. Also petrol stations offer fuel 10pence/litre cheaper than Birmingham or West Midlands.

Spotlessly clean, very friendly owners and superb value for money. Very comfy bed and addition of a full size fridge and small kitchenette area is an added bonus. Breakfast would have been delivered to our room but we eating out. Seemed very good value and choice. You have your own external front door and we had our own private decking area. Gardens are quirky and it looks different from the outside but throw out your prejudices, it’s not a typical B&B (which we would never stay in) but we were very pleasantly surprised. We normally stay in modern hotels or apartments but last minute plans meant we needed to be in the area. Would def stay again

You had your own self contained room, including fridge, kettle, sink,tv,and a table and chairs, simple but very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean And the gardens were beautiful with various different seating options, egg chair, swing seat, and sun loungers, there was also a pond with some koi and you could play music on the stereo system supplied, the breakfast which you had to pay for was delicious and we ate at a large table in the garden al fresco,it was just a very relaxing setting and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming, we will definitely stay here again

It was a lovely room in a great location, very comfortable and clean. The owner was a lovely person and so very welcoming. The entire place was very relaxing with pretty gardens and a really nice pond feature. We ordered cooked breakfast which was delivered to our room, along with toast, jam, cereal fruit juice, and tea and coffee. All very enjoyable, It also was great for parking ,we had a space on the driveway. I would definately recommend this place, and if I were ever in the area again,I would most certainly book to stay here.
